JOSÉ RODRIGUES IS PRESIDENT OF ENSSEE

Dr. José Rodrigues is new European Network of Sport Science, Education & Employment (ENSSEE) President. The President of the Scientific Council of Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior/ Portugal (ESDRM) was elected president unanimously during the General Assembly held at the 11th ENSSEE Forum in Paris.

The Coordinator of Sport Pedagogy Research and of the Sport Sciences Doctorate Program at ESDRM said he was happy to be awarded with the trust of all members present and that he is determined to prepare the network for the near future.

After his election, Dr. José Rodrigues proposed his new board which also was agreed unanimously. Hence, the new ENSSEE Board is constituted as follows:

The European Network of Sport Science, Education & Employment (ENSSEE) is an international non-profit association established in Luxembourg in 1989 under its former name ENSSHE (European Network of Sport Science in Higher Education). The ENSSEE network associates institutions only and provides the ideal meeting place for debating and proposing ideas as well as common initiatives to promote education, training and employment in sport. Multiple opportunities for exchanging proposals and strategic views, either via the virtual environment (web communication) or other media, events, projects, and meetings are provided.
