NATIONAL COMPETITIONS IN THE OLYMPIC POOL

This weekend took place in the Rio Maior Olympic Pool two national competitions. On Saturday, the 13th, held the National Championship of Long Distance with the participation of youth swimmers in open water.

On Sunday, the 14th, in the morning, took place a Promoting of Open Water with the participation of nearly 250 athletes representing 14 clubs.

This event, held in Rio Maior for the second time, promoted the practice of swimming, and the  discipline of open water.

These events were organized by the Portuguese Swimming Federation, with the support of Rio Maior Sports Centre.
