SOFIA VIEIRA: THIS CENTER OFFERS THE BEST CONDITIONS

Sofia Vieira is  one of the best players of the Portugal National Futsal Team. She was born in Rio Maior 26 years ago and grew up playing football in the Sports Center until she became a professional player in SL Benfica,  FSF Mostoles, Atlético Madrid, Atlético Madrid Navalcarnero and Universidade Alicante. Currently, she plays in Italy in the first division Sinnai Club, who already won this season the Super Cup.

She spooke with us about all the facilities and services in the Rio Maior Sports Centre. The Rio Maior Sports Centre had, for Sofia Vieira, a great influence on her career. Since her childhood all the facilities had a great evolution to the present day, where teams and athletes from all over the world came for training camps." As an international player she knows a lot of training centres all around the world, so she can say that in Rio Maior she feels happy with all the best facilities. To practice futsal we have the Multisports halls very close to the Sports Center. Here we have a lot of services that are so hard to find in other Centres."
