SUMMER IN RIO MAIOR

For the second year in operation, the leisure area of the outdoor pools of Rio Maior returned to attract a lot of people throughout the bathing season.

From the first day it was opened to the public, on June 15, until its closure, on August 31, a total of 17 123 entries were registered! For 78 consecutive days, there was an average of 220 people per day, especially on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, when families chose Rio Maior for the hot summer days.

Since last year, Desmor provides excellent recreational conditions in Rio Maior during the summer. The pools were designed with several levels of depth, with Jacuzzi, diving tower, bar, terrace and green areas. And this year there was a novelty, a new and exclusive swimming pool for babies, where their parents or caretakers were able to enjoy a calm and quiet space for the little ones.

For now it is time to start classes at the Municipal Swimming School, which start on Friday, September 15. The registrations take place in the secretary of the pools, and there are already some schedules filled.

The summer beach season will be back next year!
