THE PORTUGUESE SWIMMING FEDERATION AWARDED RIO MAIOR

Rio Maior hold on the 17th October the 1st Swimming Meeting organized by the Portuguese Federation. The practice of swimming was the theme on discussion in the Desmor - Rio Maior Sports in a international meeting with the presence of many professionals from various countries.

Hundreds of professionals like teachers, coaches, directors and athletes shared knowledge focused on the subject of Good Practices in Swimming Training.

In Portugal the High Performance Swimming Centre is based in our Sports Centre, being Rio Maior the obvious option for this event venue that will have the support of Desmor, EM, SA and the Municipality of Rio Maior.

 Isaura Morais the Mayor of Rio Maior was invited by the Portuguese Swimming Federation to the Honor Committee of this event.
